What Is the Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP)?
The Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP) is the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) response to the ongoing healthcare staffing shortage in the U.S. This program taps into the broader healthcare recruiting, temporary staffing, and professional services sectors to provide the necessary healthcare staffing services to the veteran community.
TITAN-AUXO is among the eight vendors chosen for this multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, with Epic Government as the preferred clinical teammate. Given the critical shortage of healthcare staff and the expected surge in demand for patient care over the next three years, the ICSP contract will enhance veterans’ access to healthcare and aid the VHA in meeting the rising healthcare needs of our veteran community.
Epic Government’s Role in Supporting the VHA’s ICSP
As part of the TITAN-AUXO team, Epic Government will help supply the VHA with temporary staff to address critical clinical and non-clinical vacancies, ensuring continuity of care for our nation’s veterans.
