FSR (Federal Staffing Resources) was thrilled to participate in the Defense Health Agency’s two-day San Antonio conference to collaborate on the optimization of the Healthcare Staffing Services Program.
It is a 5-year MSQ contract with 36 participating contractors and valued at $7.5 billion dollars in healthcare staffing services. Services are provided at Air Force, Navy, and Army medical facilities nationwide to active duty service members, military retirees, and their families. Healthcare providers include physicians, nurses, allied health, and ancillary services.
The Conference provided effective interface amongst all the various program components to optimize the processes and methods. The collaborative effort between the government and private sector was phenomenal. The two-way communication has had an immediate and positive impact.
